The scope is defined in advance and will be forefilled with experience theater and the team .

A deposit of 50 % will be charched at the date of booking.
This will reduce your bill at the end.

Cancellation policy:

Up to 3 months before the booked date there are no cancellation costs . ( New Year dates excluded)

Up to 2 months to the date booked, there will be 50 % of the costs in charge.

A month before the booked date, there will be 70 % of the costs in charge.

From two weeks on before the bookingdate 100 % of the costs will be charched.
